Coding and Automation Work
My search work includes YagoSeek, a Go-based YaCy-compatible search node, and a substantial contribution to the upstream YaCy search server. This page highlights that work alongside my other public software projects.
Search engineering
-
Distributed search infrastructure
YagoSeek
A self-hosted search node written in Go, designed to interoperate with the YaCy peer-to-peer search network. The project combines local crawling and indexing with federated search, a public portal, and search APIs.

Open-source search contribution · 71-commit pull request
Focused Autocrawler Profiles for YaCy
A contribution to the upstream YaCy search server adding reusable focused-crawl policies, persistent profiles and frontier recovery, weighted crawl lanes, and resource-aware scheduling. The proposal keeps ordinary YaCy crawling and network behavior intact when focused profiles are not enabled.
